I am not one to generally post reviews but I have never been so unsatisfied. We were scheduled to have someone come to our house due to a clogged drain. We got a call after the time frame they would be here saying they got an emergency call and asked if they could reschedule us for the next day. We graciously said that was ok due to us having another bathroom that worked. They had someone come the next afternoon. He did nothing the first hour except complain to my husband about things and then when he finally did try the auger (after my husband asked him to do it) it was broken and he didnโt have a camera on the truck. My husband specifically asked office to make sure they had a camera and said they would. The guy left with no information on how they would rectify this. My husband received a call back that they could come out tomorrow morning again sometime. So now we are left having to take more time off work for them to do a job they didnโt do the first two days.

I highly recommend Ryanโs! Trevor was very professional and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need roots cleared out of my pipes. Very good price too compared to other companies we got a quote from.

This place is a total joke! I called for an estimate, and maybe unclog a tub drain. There was a grand total of 10 minutes of work done trying to fix the drain. no success either. I was told what was needed to be done by the guy they subcontracted out. " he was cool " He thought us paying the $49 service fee was kinda not cool, so he called to see if it could be waived, nope. Not only did the non business savvy woman he called say no, she added another hundred some bucks to the bill!! @&%# that place!!

initially I called "All Flow" to come out and unclog my roof drain but when I was told it would be $670 to come out and $300 per hour after the first hour I figured I would call another company. When I called Ryans the secretary was very nice and a crew showed up within a few hours and knew exactly what the problem was. After a half hour or so it was all fixed and only cost me $285. I would highly recommend Ryans to anyone.

Local owned sense 1965, family operated. Local downtown Grand Rapids. Several water operators, drain cleaning, plumbing repairs, work year round. Appointments are available, or emergency service 24 hours a day, time and a half starts after 5:00 dubble time starts after 9:00 I think. You are expected to pay service call fee is expected if work is preformed or not. Your calling them for help they aren't calling you. Great company

We were recommended to that from another plumber who didnโt have the right tools to clear our drains. After having some gurgling and drain backup they came out that day and took care of it for an affordable price
